Finally some answers to this question. I've also noticed no pet shops around
here have any gerbils. This includes are smaller local pet shops, as well as
Petsmart and Petco. I've called every shop I know in my area, and not one
has any. I've also asked them whats up with this, and they have not known.
Out of curiousity I asked if they would be interested in doing store credit
for some of my pups, they told me no, they are unable to so. (Not that I had
considered, just wondering if there were turning down offers from everyone.
I know the smaller pet shops often buy from people in the area)
