2 of my males suddenly got into a scrap. One is dead, the other is severely
injured.
When he breathes I hear this loud clicking, which I think means that there
is fluid (or blood?) in the lungs...right? Upon further examination, I can hear
air coming in from the spine...almost as if its a punctured lung. Im not sure
though. Can someone help? Whenever he breathes its a struggle. Will he heal on
his own? He seems to be very tired...he has been up all night with trouble
breathing. He hasn't slept...and I dont think he's eaten or anything. I did,
however, take a needleless syringe and give him some water. He coughed it back
up though since he breathed it in instead of swallowing it....
Please help! He is my favourite gerb and I dont want him to die! :(
