broken arm????

My 3 gerbil pups are now 11 days old and seem to be doing well.  2 of them are fat and furry but 1 of them is not as well.  He is a little bit smaller then the others and isn't as furry.  It's skin seems to be a little dry.  Also I think it has a broken arm.  His left front arm is always in weird positions like behind him.  I can see him move the tips of his paw so that is a good sign but he limps on this paw when he moves.  Is there anything I can/should do or just let nature take it's course.  Like I said before, he is a little smaller then his brothers but not significantly.   Thanks,     Sara Fisher Steve ( hubby) Lauren (6) Steven (3) Baltimore, MD
