It is quite possible that the leg is broken. Broken bones in gerbils
usually heal on their own in about 2 weeks time with no permanent
impairments to mobility. Unless the bone broke the skin, or there are signs
of infection or other distress, there isn't anything a vet could do. Make
sure she continues to eat and drink (maybe lower the water bottle if that
might help, or offer a bit of fruit for moisture) and stay warm. She will
most likely gradually start using the leg again and will be good as new in
no time.
