I have a young gerbil female who i tried to keep with another male and female
(who are a newly introduced pair also). She is fine with male but not female,
I have tried split cage method for a few days and still no luck, she is still
aggresive, the other female is docile.  Thinking she probably will always be
like this towards females i decided to get a mate for her so she is not
alone. She attaacked the male even more viciously (he is a little smaller).
Will she be destined to a solitary life or is there any way i can get her to
accept a mate?
