Hi,
Haven't got any purring gerbils yet, but when my three little critters were
still together and they were about a few months old, after I had played with
them, one of them crawled in my hand and fell asleep. The other one saw that
and threw himself up on the first one. Finally, the third one dug himself a
way under the other two (already fast asleep). And then I had a big fluffy
gerbilball in my hands!
Now they don't do it anymore, I think it's something only young gerbils do.
They were also the one and only gerbs that did that (not that I have so many
gerbils ;o)
Just thought I'd share that with you.
