yes both mothers are living together.. I have been wanting to split them up
for a while as I don't want to risk any fighting...but have been unable to
make a decision as I don't wan to keep any of them singly, they seem to get
on very well with squabbles restricted to pushing and chasing only, they do
this to each other so it isn't a case of bullying.
and yes I believe Shy is an older female as I acquired both Shy and Bob as
adults and was told that they were both boys as they had never produced any
pups....
as for small litters Blanche who I know to be quite young has had only two
pups in both of her litters, however, Shy had four pups in her first litter
and three this time...

the question is.... should I split them up now? as Shy as missed getting
pregnant this time as I split Bob up from them with a divider for two days
after the pups were born...they are back together now with no apparent
problems (he's a good dad)
