No, she'll be fine.  Be sure you take it out shortly before you expect
the pups to be born, though.  Mothers have been known to try to run on
their wheels while carrying little ones, as you can imagine this doesn't
work very well and can cause injuries!  Also some mothers will run on
their wheel and neglect their pups.

Spend a lot of time with your hand in there just letting them explore
you.  Bring them treats sometimes.  It's difficult to say how tame they
will become since they are apparently adult.  It's much easier when you
get to start when they are babies! :)
