Wonderful!  Glad to hear the pups are fat and happy.
One more thing you could try to keep them healthy is
to NOT clean out the cage during that 3-4 week old
period.

An experienced animal expert and chincilla breeder
told me that the pups nibble on, well the parents
waste, and that gives them some kind of nutriant they
need.  Anyone have any comments on this?

She said yogurt with active cultures will provide the
same result.

I'm going to try delaying the tank cleaning to five
weeks with this current litter and see if that helps
keep everyone healthy.
