It is possible her nose has become infected from the soreness and rubbing.
I would continue keeping her on plain paper- it could take at least a week
before seeing an improvement. You could also put a very thin application of
neosporin on her nose to help healing. I emphasize "thin" because you don't
want to block the nostrils and there's a good chance she could ingest a
little with cleaning herself.
