I know this has been discussed before, but I just want to make sure.
I was handling my little black pup today (I'm pretty sure it's a
male, no sign of nipples - he's also got some white showing up, on
the tips of his front paws, and a stripe of it under his chin - such
a CUTE thing!) and I noticed every now and then he made a little
clicking noise. It was rather faint, and it wasn't very often. But I
remember reading in past discussions how pups are prone to lung
infections. Is this what it is? Or is that just another way of
vocalizing? He rather tiny for his age - 2 weeks as of yesterday -
but I figure that's because he's the only one in his litter. Other
than the clicking noise he seems to be completely healthy and VERY
active. Hasn't opened his eyes yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if he
did within the next few days. If this is an infection, how do I treat
it? As he doesn't have his eyes open and hasn't shown interest in the
water bottle, there's no way I can put it in the drinking water. And
he doesn't seem to have a lot of interest in solid foods yet either.
I know this has been discussed before, but I seem to have misplaced
those particular emails.

Thanks for any help!
