Hi, This is kind of a stupid question, but how often do you wash and change your water bottles? I have an 8 ounce one and in two days it's nearly full still. I was wondering if I should dump it out and wash and change the water today. It's filled with purified water, not tap water and doesn' have any vitamins, etc added to it. I don't know if that would contribute to cleaning it more often, but I know sometimes vitamins add a film. Also my two males have been usuing their wheel as a toliet. They leave droppings in it and usually in the morning they get up, run in the wheel, stop, pee, run again. It dries, but I think it's getting a little dirty. I do dump out the droppings, but I can't do anything for the pee. Anything I can do to stop that? And also, how often should I change the cardboard on the wheel if they keep doing this? Thank you!
