Dear Gerbil Lovers!
Hi Guys! Do you remember me? I am Amy Gray. I am the owner of the previous "Sunflower Clan". My gerbils that I own at the moment are Aveda and Juan (they used to breed but they retired :). I used to own Ersala and Pheobe. Do you guys remember now? I have been on the list for about 2 years now, but i don't write hardly anymore. Sorry about that! Well, anyways I will tell you what has gone on about me lately (WARNING: most of this doesn't have to do with gerbils):
I have become very interested in horses. I now take riding lessons (English) with my mother. I competed in my very first show a week ago. I have been riding for 5 months and I was riding against people who have been riding for up to 3 years! I got first in my class so I moved up to the championship class. Then I was riding against people who have been riding for between 2 and 7 years! I GOT FIRST!!!! I was ecstatic! Now, I may be getting my own horse, but we will see how much everything will cost. (e-mail me back if you would like to hear about my BAD accident on a horse...I broke my nose, sprained my hand, bruised my ribs, and got 3 stitches in my lip).
My father has gone through many many many health problems in the last year. He is OK for now, but is still getting many tests and checkups about every month. Please keep my dad (steven gray) in your prayers for a while.
FINALLY...My gerbils...they are doing well. They are living the good life with each other to share it with. They both live in a 10 gallon tank (sure, it isn't paradise, but it works). They sleep in their little wooden home or coconut shell. They have a wheel to run on, and of course food and water (with vitamins). :) They are about 2-3 now.
