Hello,
I recently got a pair of male gerbils -- They've been
typical gerbils, digging, eating, playing and
sleeping.
However, both of them will suddenly dash into the den,
out, in, zip around, dig frantically in the corner,
kick back their hind legs, zip into the den, out, then
like settle down to groom or eat.
Is this normal? These are fairly young gerbils, about
5-6 weeks, I believe.. They also "play-fight" a lot.
Thanks for any insight or reassurance to a new gerbil
food-provider and servant. :)
