I've never heard of a dislocated hip in a gerbil, although it definitely
may be possible. Breaks usually heal completely within 2 weeks time, so I'd
give her a few more days to see if she gradually starts bearing weight on
it. I had one gerbil who thought she was an acrobat, and I think she
succeeded in breaking each of her 4 legs at one time or another.
