Hi all, I found a spray: "For fleas and ticks on ferrets", from Marshall Pet Products. It has 0,35% resmetrin in it, which is a kind of pyrenthrin. Tried a bit on the gerbils, killed a part of the mites, gerbils were fine. So I sprayed them thorhoughly, did the whole thing slightly over next day. Then I had to leave till sunday, it's hard to be away when you know your hunnies need you. When I got back yesterday, they looked ok, no itching, no sign of mites. They were curious and happy as ever. I'm still going to use the spray once, to be ABSOLUTELY sure. Poor gerbies. I'm so glad to have found something that works, without hurting the gerbs. Has anyone ever heard of or used this Marshall spray for ferrets? Be happy! Sarah
