Pregnancy question

Hi,

11 days ago I paired a six week old female with a three month old male.  She
had been living with her parents up until the pairing.  Anyway, to my
surprise two days later I found them mating.  I have not seen any mating
activity since and she seems slightly bigger.  My question is, can a gerbil
this young carry out a healthy pregnancy?  She is still so small, I have
never had one this young pregnant previously.  Will she be able to provide
enough milk for her pups, or will she have a small litter because of her age?
  I should have an older mom with similar age pups to foster to if need be.
