Making a male colony

Hi all,

I'm just playing with this idea, but I was wondering
if it was possible to introduce a pair of year old
males to a pair of.. 6 month (I think) males?

It would be in a 20 gallon tank. How owuld I go around
to doing this, if I could? Split-cage probably
wouldn't work, correct?
