Okay, first, the is a way to tell young pups apart, but it is so much easier at like, 10 days old, is to check the females, she will have little "dots" on her belly under the fur (nipples). The males won't. How old are the pups that are still with their mother? 5 weeks? It's good the introduce them so young, they'll become best friends :) ha ha, okay, once the male is about 6 or seven weeks, just introdue the two in your hands (wear gloves if you are worried about them biting, be ready to watch for aggressive behavior) You probably won't need to split the cage, unless the female is a grown up and territorial.(males usually are not). I hope this helps, I also hope i'm not being terribly confusing :) bye!
