suggestions, please let him know." on

But this is referring to the GML FAQ (Frequently Asked
Questions), and not the GML itself.
Information on the origin and creator of GML is at:

Thank you also for the clarification that this is a
self-monitoring list and what that means. Sounds like
members' options are to try to explain/reason with
members who are breaking the rules(or complain to
one's ISP for certain things), block incoming emails,
or subscribe to a moderated gerbil discussion list.
