It's looking very likely now that my female 18 month old albino has accepted
the 8 week old black male :))
Happened by surprise, I used the split cage method (bit of mesh in the
middle), but it fell down when I nipped to the loo. I came back to find
that she was grooming him! :D
I've noticed some odd behaviour (I've had 8 non-breeding pairs before), the
albino is chasing the poor little male around the enclosure, very amusing
but it can't be fun for the male hehe
They've been together without the mesh for about 2 hours now, with only the
single shuffle which resulted in the female over powering the male. The
rest of the time has been spent with the strange chasing behaviour I've
mentioned...
My concern now is how long to wait until I stick them into a neutral cage
for the night.
