Hello beloved list.. *L*

My Juniper-baby, DTW, seems to get much more 'dirty'
then my other three gerbils, including his tankmate. I
give them dust baths weekly (or earlier if I notice
Juniper is getting very 'spikey')

His fur is in little 'spikes' and clumps.. not smooth
and sleep like the rest. He grooms himself, in fact
he's doing it now. :) Could this be a sign of health
problems (mites? too much fat in the diet?) or does it
just vary from gerbil to gerbil?

Also the white fur area behind his ears are tinged
faint pink. I just noticed the pink tinge today..

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Christina
