No.  Usually those towelettes are made of sterner stuff
than the paper towels and toilet tissue we usually offer
our gerbils.  They don't break down like the other two
things will after being well soaked.  If ingested, the
towelette would probably cause an intestinal impaction/
blockage...

Yep.  Lots and more concentrated.

Yes.  The amount of medication would be much
higher, and possibly cause damage...not to mention
the towelette bits causing problems.

My advice is NOT to give the towelette to the gerbils
after use.  Discard as instructed on the package.
