Gerbil vet prices

My vet that I was taking my gerbils to was a ripoff too, at 35 per visit.  And he didn't even know a lot about the little guys!  You have to be a very careful shopper when choosing a gerbil vet.  We still haven't found one in Madison or Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and believe me, we have searched!!    Jennifer
