Well, the vet called me back at work & told me I can't give medicine to momma gerbil (Nippy) unless she gets worse, because the medicine will then pass to the newborns (1 week old) via her milk. So I'll continue to give .03 of a dropper to the 5-wk.-old babies (they look better, although Tiny is still clicking - but then it's only 5 days into the 10 day regimine) and the tiniest possible drop to the 1 week old baby. I sure hope they survive! -Jean
