How 'bout a question re: water source? My gerbs sometimes get distilled
water, but mostly tap.

HOWEVER. Bailey's brother Rubin just died of cancer, and none of my other
gerbils have lived past 3 with similar conditions. At least, not to my
knowledge (I've adopted several from shelters and am unsure about exact
age).

I'm curious what people's gerbils are dying from and when? Does cancer seem
to be a big cause?
