Sounds like she hooked it with a claw, an insect bite (like an ant
or mosquito) or some other small puncture.  In that case it's not
contagious.

A small subsurface skin infection.  If it doesn't seem to be getting
any better in the next few days (getting larger, more swollen,
or starts oozing) then take her to a vet.  It may need lancing and
draining and some antibiotics.

Keep an eye on it and let us know if it does anything other than
go away.
