I received a variant of the kak. virus sometime today, and although I didn't open any attachments at all, it got me.
Someone warned me this evening and it took seven hours to find it, despite Norton, McAfee and the special nimda searcher and download I got a few days ago. I just opened some old messages from earlier today from the forum and I think that is where it came from.... I visited two websites today too, Barnes and Noble and McKinzey White booksellers.... So. Please take care and work hard on getting rid of it. Sorry to clutter the forum but I have no idea how long it was here (I am assuming today, Thursday 9/27).
