I would say that Little Guy, probably has had a stroke. There is not much a vet can do, and if it is as cold where you live as it is here, then taking him out of his warm cage to transport him to a vet, is probably going to do more harm than good. Continue to keep him warm. He sounds well on the way to recovery. However, if he has developed a head tilt, this will be permanent. He will always be lop-sided. But he will quickly adapt to a lop-sided world. Good luck Sue
