Ok guys, I like all the ideas but i think we are makin way to big a deal of this. Cant we just pick some people that know what they are doing and try it out. It is not like it will be the end of the world if someone does'nt work out. We can just change up people till we find a group that works out good. I really dont see this as such a hard dicision. Maybe im just baing way to laied back thouhg. What do you guys think?
