Summary: Fast and Fast+XOR drawing modes misdrawing Gerbers

Initial Comment:
Hi!

This is the first issue I've ever had with gerbv - what a great and amazingly
useful program! Thank you.

I have two Gerber files, a soldermask and a copper layer. In \'Fast\' and
\'Fast, with XOR\' drawing modes, many of the solder mask areas are drawn
offset from their intended SMT pads . When viewed in \'Normal\' or \'High
quality\' modes, there are no offsets and the Gerbers draw correctly. Switching
back and forth between \'Fast\' and \'Normal\' should cause the issue to appear
and disappear.

They are large files, so I can't upload them here (sourceforge has a 256K
attachment limit? Who knew!). So I put up temporarily on my wiki:
