Summary: Rounded Rectangles not Displayed Correctly

Initial Comment:
The attached file has rounded rectangles which are described as macros
consisting of overlapping rectangles and circles. These are not displayed
properly in normal or high resolution mode, but display correctly in fast
modes. In normal and high resolution modes the rounded rectangles are drawn
almost twice as large as they should be.

Fix applied to git

Message:
Thanks for the bug report. I've tracked the bug down and fixed it, but
we're just about to roll up v2.5 really soon and I want to wait until after
we get that out the door to fix it. I want to get a little testing on the
patch, since it may break some strange layer polarity cases...I'm not 100%
confident in the fix.

I'll close the bug once I apply the fix to git.
Cheers--
