I have a simple Gerber file that gerbv will not render the central part of.  It 
does not render it incorrectly, but just not at all.

I think the central problem is the rendering of the macro RECTHERM.

Other Gerber renderers render this file correctly, including GerberRender, 
GC-Prevue and ViewMate.
