Got me there.  Yes, CMP is usually easier with generated code.  I suppose
some abstract engine could be devised, but I wouldn't go so far as to
recommend it.

Need some code to play with....   Any ETA on CVS?

        Some level of generated code (or generated bytecode) is always 
going to be necessary for CMP, though, since CMP EJB classes are abstract.
