The other thing you could try, which may or may not work, is to put an empty file in the maven repository as the jar file eg

touch $HOME/.maven/repository/xmlbeans/jars/xmlbeans-1.0.jar

It seems to work for me, but then again, the build might not have got as far as the xmlbeans stuff, as it is now failing with an error building the "twiddle" module, complaining something about Castor. :-(

I tried going to http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/xmlbeans/jars/xmlbeans-1.0.jar and got a 404 NOT FOUND error, how should I fix this?
