That's true, but the onus is on *us* to ensure that no (L)GPL code exists and that all code in Geronimo has no encumbrances that would prevent it being licensed under the Apache License. Feedback from JBoss is useful, of course, but it's not really their job to pick through the code. It's the job of the developers and committers.
