But, as it turns out, a SIM was brute-forced / blocked by its previous owner as I am always getting 6983. And as I understand, it isn't possible to switch A3A8 params without authentication :/ > ... or to generate "expected values" I someone else has a SIM with ADM1, I would be more than happy if one could send me a set of reference data.
