BSC_ConnectionHandler: make VTY interface available
The BSC_ConnectionHandler currently has no access to the VTY interface.
Lets make it available so that upcoming tests can use the VTY interface
to trigger actions (e.g. Paging, see also Change Id:
6a1a6bd6da1bf46d6d703be495795d3610ca431)
