Change subject: mncc socket: add field ran ...................................................................... Patch Set 1: I am quite unclear about versioning information on the MNCC socket and breaking other MNCC consumers. We have a matching patch for osmo-sip-connector, but it seems to me the MNCC socket could use fixing.
