Change subject: UHDDevice: Implement getNominalTxPower() based on TxFrequency ...................................................................... Patch Set 2: In practice the band is fixed after startup, since the nominal tx power is band dependant and reported towards osmo-bts-trx, so if you change the band, what's the power?
