Sorry, more testing shows the same behavior without --skipdeleted - in PVR, global options and individual command line searches. So whatever the problem is, it's somewhere else, and seeing as the only other change I've made is putting "--attempts 10" in options, I reckon it's an iPlayer problem, not a *Get* iPlayer problem.
