It looks a colon problem of a different sort, if you'll forgive the
proctological phraseology. That regex doesn't anticipate a "Series"
that isn't followed by both a series number and colon, unless it is at
the end of the <name> string. I'll look into it. "A Series of
Psychotic Episodes" appears to be the only TV or radio programme
affected. If anyone knows of another, reply here.
