I have been grumbling for months that the BBC often forgets to update the RSS file that subscribers need if podcasts are to appear automagically on their gizmos. I suspect you have simply found another instance of that. Nowadays, I just email the programme's producer. Something like joe.blo...@bbc.co.uk usually works.
