This URL successfully takes me to the BBC One Scotland HD schedule for Tuesday September 3rd:

Thanks again,

Welcome. Let me know if you need a full PID list for local/regional and/or national radio.

Here's the full list (although not all PIDs are guaranteed to have an
associated schedule). You can add the "/today" suffix after the PID if
you want, and you'll get the expected result. But the URL goes to the
same place with or without it.

BBC One Scotland HD (Scotland): p013blmc

Bingo! :-) Yes,

https://www.bbc.co.uk/schedules/p013blmc/2019/09/02

Gives me the list for Monday which include the 'Lochs' programme.

And omitting the trailing /YYYY/MM/DD gives me today's list for the channel

I can now write a new set of links for 'today' covering the TV and Radio
stations I want. :-)

Shame that there seems not to be a static way to tell the parsing
'yesterday' as per the established URLs I have been using.

Thanks again,

Jim
