I have been trying to setup my getpaid instance with Paymentech. I entered the Merchant ID and Terminal IDs that were provided by Paymentech/Orbital in GetPaid setup, for production1 server. I continue to get redirected to /@@getpaid-cancelled-declined
I called Paymentech and was told I need to have my server IP registered with their servers. Some sort of certification form is required, etc. They informed me the process can take WEEKS. Does anyone know if there's a workaround? Lucie, I hope you can shed some insight.
