That is correct, I had to have my prod server IP registered.

But even before that, I had to prove them that the code worked. So I had
to register my test server IP with them and do a list of tests they gave me.

I don't have a workaround for that, I had to follow whatever they told me.

What can help in the future is that you put a pdb trace in the code to
see what is the exact answer from Paymentech, this way you have a better
idea of why your payment is declined.
