README might be out of date. There will be different content items for
normal shoppable item and one with variations.

You don't use marker interfaces with getpaid.atshop. If you need a
special content item, I suggest subclassing the existing classea and
adding required interfaces and adapters.

getpaid.atshop adds special "add to cart" portlet and also it adds
"checkout" link to user action bar.
