I'm running Plone 3.3.5 and trying to configure the flat rate shipping option. I have added it to the buildout and it appears as a shipping method in the site wide configuration, but there is no configuration panel/tab/properties to enable shipping methods to be added. I see from the mailing list that this problem has occurred before and the last advice was that the settings were made in the shippable object's payable tab but there's no sign of the options there.
