It's an OK book. It is definitely showing its age at this point,
especially with the new interface. I could in no way estimate it to
be worth $181.56, though, where they came up with that figure is a
mystery... I'd sell you mine for the $45, plus shipping, and
including the CD... *heh*.
I see Erick around the net from time to time. He may have some
author's copies he could sell.

one for $45.45 plus shipping without the CD,
one for $110.70 plus shipping in "Very Good" condition (although it
doesn't say whether or not the CD is included), and
one for $181.56 plus shipping (in non-designated condition and it
doesn't say whether the CD is included).
Two Questions:
(1) What is so special about the book that it commands such a high
price?
(2) Is it really worth the investment?
