Can any Real Software staff (or Geoff) explain when the mailing list

Amen! The archives are an invaluable resource that I used extensively
instead of bugging people on this list, and their being
"temporarily" down
seems inexplicable. It wastes all kinds of resources having to post
messages
on either the forums or here, when the answers are (usually)
sitting in the
list archives.
Indeed, the Google links are useless, at least in my experience.
Actually it's been a bit less than two months.
They went down because the computer they were using kicked the
bucket. Pure speculation on my part but I can think of a few reasons
why they are still off-line.
1. They don't have the replacement yet. (Unlikely)
2. They are having difficulty setting up the new one to be reliable.
3. They are utilizing the time to make improvements to it and it
isn't fully debugged yet.
In any case, I will be happy when they are back and will patiently
wait until RS announces it. If they work even better, then it will be
worth any extra wait.
